Jenny Moffett is a qualified veterinarian, journalist and communications trainer. Jenny's educational background includes:
- * an honours Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Royal Veterinary College, London (2000)
- * a Master's degree in Science Communication from Dublin City University (2005)
- * a Level 6 FETAC in Training from Executive Coaching Solutions, Dublin (2008), and
- * a diploma in Marketing Communication from The Communications & Management Institute, Dublin (2009).
Handbook of Veterinary Communication Skills, the first definitive textbook on veterinary communication, has been co-edited by Jenny and the University of Liverpool's Carol Gray, and is now available. Jenny is currently Director of Communications at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, St. Kitts.
Jenny is a professional editor with experience in B2B/scientific titles (the Irish Veterinary Journal), consumer publications (PetCare magazine) and corporate projects, such as the official programme of the Failte Ireland Dublin Horse Show. Jenny has also contributed to a wide variety of publications including the Irish Farmer's Monthly, the Engineer's Journal, Irish Motor Management, Irish Food, Veterinary Times, Veterinary Review and Veterinary Management For Today. Editorial services offered by Jenny include writing, researching, proofreading and producing corporate material.
